CHARACTER BREAKDOWN:
JESSE – 18 to 25 that looks like high school age. Skinny and somewhat feminine boy, he is almost pretty. Lead character is timid but also hides a masculine strength, which is all but gone.
ROSE – 18 to 25 looks like high school age. An awkward and spacey hippie girl, preferably blond. Is pretty, but different.
MARY – 25 to 40 year old lesbian partner of Patty. Pretty and young looking hippie, gothic looking woman. Is overly polite but can become domineering. Very protective of Rose.
PATTY – 30 to 50 year old mother of Rose. Stocky build, she is the more masculine partner of Mary. Pretty but rough around the edges.
ELE – 18 to 25 looks just out of high school. Rose’s punk friend and leader of the girls. Funny but aggressive.
